Refund Policy

At COOVEN, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
1.1. Eligibility: You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
1.2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
1.3. Receipt: Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
2.1. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2.2. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
2.3. Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Shipping
3.1. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.2. Exchange Shipping: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
4.2. Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
5. Sale Items
5.1. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
6. Exchanges
6.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@coovenintl.com and send your item to:
